Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules and safety inspections.
Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
Adhere to Grainvest Oil Pty Ltd safety rules and regulations and maintain said rules in working environment.
